 Farming  Elise McLellan is an ex (New Zealand) dairy farmer.
She is a registered nurse, hence her interest in animal health , and disease prevention.
 Cows are Elise's favourite animals.
She has always farmed on the principle:  "Look after your animals and they will look after you".
